By visiting our website and completing any of the consent processes (i.e. applying to become a model, providing your contact information, submitting a question, using the online chat facility or registering an account on our website) you accept and consent to the practices defined in this privacy policy.

Information we may collect from you

We may receive, collect and store any of the following information: Information you provide to us - by filling in forms on our website, applying to become a model, using our online chat facility, corresponding with us by email or any other means, or by registering for an account on our website. Personal Data - the information you give us may include: your name, address, email address, IP address, phone number and financial information (to receive payments from us). All of which is Personal data and subject to the GDPR. When do we collect your data: Members? If you are a registered member, we collect data when you: ♥ Initially register to become a member ♥ Change or update your profile information When do we collect your data: Non-Members? If you otherwise use the website (whether or not you are a Member), we collect data from you: ♥ when you make a complaint or provide other feedback to us. ♥ when you use our online chat facility or contact us using our contact form or any other means ♥ when you apply to become a model ♥ when you disclose your data to us or otherwise through the website at any other point. Data Protection - all Personal data we hold is protected by us in accordance with the Principles (Article 5) of the GDPR. Data security - We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your data. All data collected by us is either deleted once it is no longer required, or stored securely utilising AES Encryption. Other information we collect about you - In accordance with our legal obligation to prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our website, some data may be automatically collected and comprises the following: ♥ Technical information - such as your; internet protocol (IP) address, login information, time zone, browser type/version and plug-in types/versions, device information (operating system and platform); ♥ Our website will not store any identifying information of your visit on your computer apart from a small text file called a cookie. Right to Objection Every individual has the right to object to the use of their Personal data for any purpose proposed by a controller. Right to Rectification Every individual has the right to have errors in their Personal data to be corrected. Right to Restrict Every individual has the right to restrict the uses of their Personal data for any specific type of processing. Rights on automated decisions & profiling Every individual has the right to restrict or object to automated decision-making processes or profiling based on their Personal data.

Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

In accordance with the GDPR, ♥ you may request us to send you details about any Personal data that we may hold about you, or ♥ you may request that we correct any errors, or ♥ you may request us to delete any/all Personal data about you. In accordance with the GDPR, any DSAR is provided free of charge within 30 days, unless a particular DSAR is subject to other regulatory requirements as defined within the GDPR, in which case we will inform you as required by those specific regulations.

Do we pass your information to third parties?

We may pass your data to other parties as follows: ♥ Where relevant, we may pass your data to our employees or our agent (AWS Affiliate World Services Limited) to administer your Membership and the services provided to you by us or them, now or in the future. ♥ We may disclose your data to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisers in connection with any alleged criminal offence or suspected breach of the Terms of Use or otherwise where required by law.

Data Retention Policy

♥ Where required, user data may be retained for the entirety of the period in which you work with us. ♥ User data will be deleted upon request. ♥ We reserve the right to delete user data at any time and without reason. ♥ If you apply to become a model, we will delete all data provided in your application within 30 days, if the application process is not completed for any reason and/or we do not hear from you for a period of 30 days. Your rights under GDPR (as listed above in Section 3) are not affected in any way during this time.
