Q: How long have you been a webcam model?
A: I started webcamming about 6 months ago.
Q: Why did you start webcamming?
A: I started as an extra income to my full time job. I’m a single parent so the extra money was needed but I also had to do something that could be very flexible, which this is. There’s no commitment to do a certain number of hours which is good because it’s not always possible to do that, but as the money can be good, that’s enough incentive to want to go online regularly!
"The chat group is a good place to vent or just have some banter."
Q: Is being a webcam model what you expected when you joined?
A: No! I must have been very naive and vanilla before! But there’s all sorts out there!! What surprised me the most is that the majority of men I have cammed with are pretty nice and that’s made it a lot easier.
Q: What do you enjoy about webcamming?
A: I like the open-ended potential to earn. If I had more time to invest I’m sure I could be earning a lot of money. Also being quite a shy person, it’s a bit of a confidence boost, some of the men are really complimentary.
Q: What has been your favourite/funniest moment or request?
A: I really like roleplay. It’s usually a friend’s wife/sister/mum (very young mum though!!) but that’s good fun. I have had a few sessions with a guy who just wants to be shouted and sworn at. I struggled at first but realised how much he enjoyed and he was paying for the service so went along with it!

Q: How has your experience with Diamond Elite been?
A: Great- Elle is always available for support, she’s also really helped with advice and setting up my profile; and the chat group is a good place to vent or just have some banter.
Q: What would your advice be for someone who is thinking about becoming a webcam model?
A: Only do what you’re comfortable with and set your own boundaries. Also don’t look at other camgirls, we’re all different so don’t compare yourself. Use the support groups which are there for you too, however you’re feeling or whatever has happened, the rest of the group will be able to relate.
